Meeting or exceeding customer requirements begins with a design and application engineering process that is driven by Six Sigma methodologies optimized by state-of-the-art analytical and simulation tools. Customized testing is used for design validation. It is only then that products are released to production. After manufacturing, a final hydraulic test at rated pressure ensures that we deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Our customers can select the supply option that best fulfills their needs. In addition, these options can be custom-tailored to suit their specific requirements:

• Complete local manufacturing of cylinder assemblies including all components
• Hybrid manufacturing of cylinder assemblies using materials and components sourced from cost-effective suppliers, either locally or from Best Cost Countries (BCC)
• Sourcing of complete cylinders from BCC Wipro manufacturing operations
• Local vendor managed inventory (VMI) of hydraulic cylinders manufactured in other Wipro facilities; so that demand surges do not affect the business of our customers.
